Role overview

Content creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form reviews, comparisons, behind-the-scenes videos, and promotions for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Produce on-brand AI-generated product visuals, video, voiceovers, ad variations, and copy at scale.

E-commerce and growth

• Design, build, and launch a premium mobile-first online store with a smooth checkout.
• Own site UX/UI, SEO, and conversion rate optimization; integrate payments, real-time inventory, and CRM.
• Set up GA4, Meta and TikTok pixels, heatmaps, lead capture, and funnels across WhatsApp, abandoned-cart flows, and retargeting.
• Automate behavior-triggered email, SMS, and WhatsApp outreach and deploy AI chatbots to qualify and follow up with leads.
• Run A/B tests across content, site, and funnels and improve conversions.

Experience and tools

• Use AI daily, with hands-on experience across image, video, voice, and copy tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs.
• Provide a portfolio showing creative work and something built, such as a website, store, automation, or app.
• Have e-commerce build experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, or similar, plus front-end basics.
• Know automation and CRM tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar.
• Understand tracking, analytics, funnels, and conversion rate optimization.
• Have strong video and photography skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Fluent English; comfortable moving quickly and working with real-time stock in a fast-paced business.

Nice to have

• AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Lovable are a plus.
• A background in technology, electronics, or e-commerce is a plus.
