Responsibilities

  • Own product delivery outcomes, ensuring all activities, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned with the company's product vision, market objectives, budget constraints, and long-term strategic goals.
  • Partner closely with the Technical Product Manager to drive disciplined execution, effective prioritization, and consistent delivery performance across product initiatives.
  • Manage product budgets and resource allocation, ensuring investment decisions are commercially justified and aligned with product roadmap and launch objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Go-to-Market to ensure product development activities support commercial milestones, including launch readiness, market entry, customer acquisition, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate diverse customer, stakeholder, and business requirements into structured product strategies, operational plans, and delivery roadmaps while effectively managing scope, priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, including market research, product strategy, concept development, UX/UI definition, proof-of-concept validation, product design, testing, launch, customer feedback analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development of product documentation, business cases, market assessments, and commercial analyses that support informed decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate closely with the Technical Product Manager to ensure execution quality and with the Head of Go-to-Market to align product releases, customer insights, and roadmap evolution with commercial objectives and business priorities.
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce product priorities, governance frameworks, and quality standards to ensure scalability, usability, reliability, regulatory compliance, certification readiness, and risk mitigation requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Ensure privacy, security, governance, and compliance considerations are embedded throughout product design, development, testing, and release processes, supported by clear acceptance criteria and quality gates.
  • Drive consistency and excellence across all user-facing experiences by working closely with UX/UI, design, and engineering teams to define standards, review implementations, and validate release quality.
  • Lead regular product governance, planning, and review forums, leveraging delivery metrics, product performance indicators, risk assessments, and customer feedback to maintain momentum and continuously improve outcomes.
  • In collaboration with the Head of Go-to-Market, oversee compliance, certification, cybersecurity, and risk management requirements, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and audit readiness are maintained.
  • Coordinate product, operational, and UX/UI readiness activities for product launches and scaling initiatives, ensuring alignment across design, marketing, commercial, and operational functions.
  • Ensure product development strategies remain closely aligned with market positioning, customer expectations, commercial objectives, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, legal teams, and strategic stakeholders to support the establishment of business structures, operating models, partnerships, and regulatory frameworks across multiple markets and jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior Product Management, Commercial Management, or Product Leadership role, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end product lifecycles from market research and concept development through launch, commercialization, and post-launch growth.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered and software-based platforms, including the role of data, automation, integrations, and digital workflows in driving business performance, with awareness of responsible AI and ethical technology practices.
  • Demonstrated success delivering products within technology, SaaS, or digital product environments, combining commercial acumen, market insight, and execution excellence to bring products from concept to revenue generation.
  • Deep commercial and marketing expertise, with the ability to identify market opportunities, translate business objectives into product priorities, and establish execution frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and roadmaps that balance customer needs, commercial objectives, technical feasibility, and operational constraints.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, compliance, legal, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Experience managing complex product initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to make informed decisions, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Passion for building technology-enabled solutions that solve real business challenges, create customer value, and deliver sustainable commercial impact.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership, legal teams, and external stakeholders to establish business structures, partnerships, governance frameworks, and operating models across multiple markets and regulatory environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution, ownership, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business results.
