Location: Dubai

  • Salary: AED 18,000 / no commission
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities across phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, targeting enterprise organizations throughout the GCC region.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, industry events (e.g., GITEX, GISEC), and referral channels.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build, manage, and maintain prospect databases using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Schedule and secure qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Managers, with meeting generation serving as the primary KPI for the role.
  • Coordinate calendars, manage scheduling logistics, and prepare pre-meeting briefing materials for the sales team.
  • Drive lead engagement through structured, multi-touch follow-up campaigns, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
  • Facilitate seamless handover of qualified opportunities by providing comprehensive context, qualification details, and meeting notes.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, opportunities, and pipeline progression within the CRM system (HubSpot or equivalent).
  • Ensure high standards of CRM data integrity, including contact management, account records, and opportunity tracking.
  • Produce weekly performance reports covering outreach activity, lead generation metrics, and meetings booked.
  • Monitor conversion rates and analyze outreach performance to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to align on target markets, buyer personas, account strategies, and messaging.
  • Share market insights and prospect feedback to support marketing initiatives and campaign refinement.
  • Represent the organization professionally across all customer interactions, maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and brand standards.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or SDR/BDR roles, ideally within the technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding meeting-generation and pipeline targets.
  • Experience engaging with and prospecting into enterprise-level accounts across the UAE and broader GCC region.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic, as a significant portion of client outreach and engagement will be conducted in Arabic.
  • Strong professional command of English, both written and verbal, for email communication, outreach activities, and internal reporting.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, with confidence in cold calling, engaging prospects, and effectively handling objections.
