The AI Adoption Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role identifies opportunities to integrate AI into products and internal processes and translates requirements into product and implementation plans.
Core responsibilities
- Evaluate workflows and user journeys; map stakeholder needs and conduct discovery sessions.
- Define AI use cases and success metrics, then translate requirements into product and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to pilot AI features.
- Monitor results and iterate based on performance and user feedback.
- Prepare adoption playbooks, change management plans, and training materials for rollout and sustained use.
Qualifications
- Experience in AI strategy, product discovery, or digital transformation and ability to define practical AI use cases and measurable outcomes.
- Consulting, product management, or business analysis background with stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and roadmap development.
- Strong analytical and research skills, data-driven decision-making, basic data analysis, and performance-metric interpretation.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies, such as large language models, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to lead workshops and training, support change management, and drive cross-functional adoption.
- Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment; strong organization, initiative, and outcome ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; certifications or AI-focused experience are a plus.
- Middle East experience or regional market familiarity is beneficial. English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
