- Develop and manage a detailed transition plan from incumbent to new logistics provider
- Oversee SAP WMS integration ensuring inventory accuracy and traceability
- Manage budgets, timelines, KPIs, and report progress to senior management
Supplier Work Transfer
- Manage aerostructures work package transfers in compliance with Boeing and Airbus specifications
- Lead full APQP process including PPAP deliverables, First Article Inspection, and phase in/phase out
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and implement change management strategies
- Monitor new supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in the
- aerospace industry
- Proven hands-on experience with
- APQP and PPAP
- processes
- Strong knowledge of
- Boeing and Airbus
- specifications and standards
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
