Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and RFx activities for assigned procurement categories.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement strategies.
- Conduct supplier negotiations, contract management, and compliance monitoring.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Develop and track procurement KPIs and performance metrics.
- Provide market intelligence and procurement recommendations to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in a senior procurement role.
- Experience managing direct and indirect procurement, particularly Marketing and Digital Marketing services.
- Strong experience in sourcing, RFx processes, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and suppliers.
