Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC, ducting, piping, drainage, and plumbing drawings.
- Develop coordinated MEP drawings and resolve clashes with other disciplines.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Incorporate design changes, RFIs, and site instructions.
- Ensure compliance with local authority and project standards.
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and timely submissions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Drafting.
- 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Mechanical Drafter.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Experience in construction, fit-out, or contractor environments.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
