About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns for our new enterprise-focused portfolio.
This is a part-time opportunity for someone experienced in lead generation, campaign scaling, and B2B audience targeting.
Role Responsibility
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Develop paid marketing strategies focused on enterprise lead generation
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS & conversions
- Create high-performing ad copy and campaign creatives
- Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
- Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to improve campaign results
Requirements
- Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise marketing
- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, and tracking setup
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with SaaS or enterprise-focused brands
- Understanding of sales funnels and retargeting strategies
- Experience scaling campaigns with measurable ROI
