About This Role

Overview

We are seeking For Renewables & Utilities ADMINISTRATOR to work as an ADIMIN in the Technical Centre for Power & Utilities.

The TCPU Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Technical Centre for Power & Utility [TCPU].

The role ensures efficient coordination of documentation, proposals, schedules, Timesheets, Invoicing, and communications, etc.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in administration work and document management in the field of Power & Utility, Digital Platforms, and extensive document management & effective communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to TCPU management and engineers.
  • Maintain document control system for proposals and reports.
  • Assist in proposal formatting and submission.
  • Issuance of invoices and purchase orders and tracking of entire admin activities.
  • Coordinate meetings and internal & external communications.
  • Maintain contact databases and correspondence records.
  • Document Controller Role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Five [05] years plus administrative experience.
  • Experience in engineering & consultancy companies.
  • Proficient in English language skills, Arabic Language will be an advantage.
