About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrator with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative processes, coordinating internal activities, and providing reliable support to both teams and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements for staff and management
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing office supplies and liaising with vendors
- Provide administrative assistance to HR and Finance teams as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and office protocols
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data analysis as needed
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
