About This Role
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).
- Strong troubleshooting of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
- Experience with patching tools (WSUS/SCCM/MECM or equivalent) and patch governance.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting (automation for common admin tasks).
- Understanding of NTFS/share permissions, file services, and server security concepts.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira Service Management or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and server lifecycle operations.
Behavioral / Process Skills
- Strong incident ownership and communication for P1/P2 cases.
- Ability to work under pressure in production environments.
- Clear documentation and adherence to ITIL processes.
