Senior Windows System Administrator

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain
• Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts

• Manage
• system access rights, credentials, permissions, and storage allocations

• Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of
• hardware, operating systems, and software applications

• Monitor and optimize
• system performance, availability, and capacity

• Manage and support
• virtualization platforms

• security standards, patch management, and system hardening best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Professional certifications preferred, such as: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CompTIA Server+ / Security+.
• Minimum10 years of proven experience as a

• or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing
• enterprise-level server and virtualization environments

• Demonstrated ability to
• implement and maintain secure, resilient IT infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of

Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)

• Proficiency in
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File/Print Services

• Experience with
• virtualization technologies
• (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of
• backup solution and must have Hands-on experience with Symantec (Netbackup) and Veeam Backup solutions
• Familiarity with
• storage systems (SAN/NAS/iSCSI)

• Strong skills in
• PowerShell scripting and automation

• Understanding of
• system monitoring, performance tuning, and patch management
• .
• Knowledge of
• networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
