About This Role

Job Summary

  • To look after all administrative and secretarial duties.
  • General Secretarial skills.
  • Assist with employee-relations in the Café - in a confidential manner.
  • Assist in maintaining leave records for staff.
  • Deal with suppliers for disposable packaging and other supplies as required.
  • Deal with suppliers for customised uniforms, merchandise, retail items etc.
  • Monitor and track inventory of all non-food items on a daily basis.
  • Produce an Inventory Variance Report and Breakage Report on a fortnightly basis.
  • Assist Procurement with LPOs to suppliers when required.
  • Assist Accounts team with admin tasks.
  • Assist with printing of all corporate stationery.
  • Printing, laminating, photocopying, binding, etc (inhouse)
  • **Job Type / Category**
  • Secretary who is pro-active and a good team player.
  • Someone who has worked in a similar capacity in the Hospitality Sector would be given preference.
  • **Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies
  • Excellent command of the English Language

• Excellent Communication Skills

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop etc would be an added advantage
