Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Riyadh.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily clerical tasks, providing support to executives, handling phone communications with professionalism, and maintaining organized records and schedules.
The role also includes preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the office.
Qualifications
- Saudi National is a must
- Able to start immediately
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily tasks effectively
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and document preparation
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
