We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our bakery.

This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including data entry, managing deliveries, handling invoices, coordinating pickups, and overseeing stock management.

1. Data Entry

  • Accurately input and maintain data related to orders, inventory, and customer information in our database.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data as needed to support decision-making processes.

2. Managing Deliveries

  • Schedule and coordinate bakery deliveries to ensure on-time delivery to customers and vendors.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, track deliveries, and communicate with drivers and customers regarding delivery status.

3. Managing Invoices

  • Generate and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments, resolving discrepancies and providing excellent customer service in all interactions.

4. Managing Pickups

  • Organize and coordinate customer pickups, ensuring that orders are ready, and customers have a seamless experience.
  • Communicate pickup instructions and provide assistance as needed.

5. Stock Management

  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels for bakery supplies and products.
  • Coordinate with the bakery team to order necessary supplies and manage stock rotation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in a bakery or food-related business.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry, Excel software, and basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Additional Information

  • This position will require working during weekends (Monday is our off day).
  • Speaking English is a must.
  • **This position is only for existing visa holder and does not require sponsorship.**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
