Administrative Assistant – Emirates Fencing
Emirates Fencing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
This role combines administrative support with document management responsibilities, playing a crucial part in maintaining our company's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage and organize both physical and digital document systems.
- Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and archiving of company documents.
- Assist in preparing and formatting various business documents.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and partners.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Manage Payment retrieval and processing.
- Assist with public relations activities and communications.
- Handle government documents, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Process and manage shipping documents for import/export activities.
- Liaise with government offices and shipping agencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the contracting industry or general secretarial roles.
- Knowledge of UAE business practices and documentation requirements.
- Understanding of basic financial processes.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
