The Administration & Contracts Officer reports to the Assistant Director of Finance at Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
The role provides administrative and contract-management support across the hotel and works with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Events, and operational departments.

The Administration & Contracts Officer reports to the Assistant Director of Finance at Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
The role provides administrative and contract-management support across the hotel and works with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Events, and operational departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract drafting, review, approval, execution, renewal, amendment, and archiving.
- Maintain contract databases, trackers, and management systems; ensure accurate records and timely renewals.
- Coordinate contractual and compliance matters with hotel departments and stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier and contractor compliance with contract obligations, insurance requirements, and service agreements.
- Prepare reports, agendas, minutes, waiver requests, non-disclosure agreements, and other administrative documents.
- Support record management, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up on actions and approvals.
Candidate profile
- Experience in contract administration, finance, procurement, legal coordination, or related administration in hospitality or a corporate environment.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Ability to analyze contract terms, identify risks, and support resolution of contractual matters.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English; comfortable with contract-management systems and business applications.
