The Administrative Assistant at Milestones Center will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the center.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with the needs of individuals with autism and a commitment to supporting their care and rehabilitation is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- include:
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic, handling inquiries and patient relations.
- Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with DHA regulation.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clinical team, and other staff to ensure efficient operations of the clinic.
- Assist in managing the center’s communication channels, including email and social media
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in UAE in similar roles preferred
