- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and office requirements.
- Support invoice processing, purchase requests, and document control.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
