Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant

An Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant is a key support role that helps keep an office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. They handle a mix of administrative, clerical, and coordination tasks so managers and teams can focus on their core work.
Main responsibilities
Administrative Assistants typically handle a variety of day-to-day office duties, such as:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and greeting visitors professionally
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
- Preparing, filing, and organizing documents (both digital and physical)
- Data entry and maintaining records, databases, or spreadsheets

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail or courier services
