The Administrative Assistant / Document Controller is responsible for providing basic administrative support and maintaining company documents in an organized and accurate manner.
The role assists with filing, document tracking, data entry, and general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Document Control Duties
- File and organize company documents, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Maintain document registers and filing systems.
- Ensure documents are properly labeled and easy to retrieve.
- Distribute documents to relevant departments when required.
- Archive old documents according to company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–2 years of administrative experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management.
