Overview
Position: Junior Administrative Assistant - Property & Construction (UAE National Only)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Emirati Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic property and construction office in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidates will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations while supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
- Manage correspondence, emails, and document filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Support property and construction-related documentation and processes
- Ensure office operations run efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- Emirati Based in Abu Dhabi
- 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Experience in property or construction is an advantage
