Administrative Duties
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate project files, contracts, drawings, and client records.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications with clients and suppliers.
- Update project tracking systems and administrative reports.
- Organize meetings, schedules, and appointments for designers, installers, and management.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate between sales, design, production, and installation teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Follow up on material orders, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and customer concerns.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to management and clients.
Customer Service
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during project execution.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, timelines, and installations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Procurement & Inventory Support
- Coordinate with suppliers for materials, accessories, and hardware orders.
- Verify delivery schedules and purchase documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory records when required.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per hour
