Wara Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative support for office operations.

This role is responsible for managing documentation, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative assistance to the contracting and trading departments.

The position is fully remote and reports to the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage virtual communications professionally
  • Maintain and organize digital office files, records, and documentation including contracts, invoices, and correspondence
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested
  • Schedule virtual appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for management staff
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accuracy of information in company databases
  • Monitor virtual office supply needs and coordinate with procurement as required
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking, invoice filing, and payment follow-up
  • Support HR activities such as scheduling virtual interviews and maintaining employee records
  • Coordinate with internal departments including procurement, logistics, and sales as needed
  • Perform general clerical duties including digital photocopying, scanning, and electronic filing
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role, preferably in a contracting, trading, or industrial services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
  • Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
