About This Role
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for monitoring workflow and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of tasks across the department or sector. This role involves coordinating between different departments, tracking plans and projects, and analyzing data to support decision-making, with a strong emphasis on using Excel.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (minimum requirement).
3 Years (minimum requirement).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the execution of tasks and projects across the department or sector
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives
- Prepare and track periodic performance reports
- Analyze data and extract insights using Excel
- Create spreadsheets, reports, and tracking dashboards
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support management in prioritizing work and tracking progress
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports
- Document workflows and procedures and suggest improvements when needed
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and cross-team communication
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative coordination or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
