What You'Ll Be Doing
Responsible for managing all government-related processes, with a primary focus on obtaining, renewing, and maintaining commercial and regulatory licenses (including Civil Defense).
The role ensures full compliance with local regulations, timely renewals, and effective coordination with government authorities.
Licensing & Compliance
Apply for and process commercial licenses, Civil Defense licenses, and other regulatory approvals as required.
Ensure all company licenses remain valid, compliant, and up to date at all times.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization adapts accordingly.
License Tracking & Renewals
Maintain and regularly update a centralized license tracker/sheet.
Proactively track expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties or business disruption.
Coordinate internally to collect required documents for renewals and new applications.
Government Relations
Liaise with government authorities (e.g., municipalities, Civil Defense, licensing departments) for all licensing matters.
Visit relevant authorities to resolve inquiries, follow up on applications, and obtain approvals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government entities.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation accurately.
Maintain proper records of licenses, approvals, and correspondence.
Provide regular reports on license status, risks, and upcoming renewals.
Operational Support
Support business operations by ensuring all locations/entities are fully licensed and compliant.
Assist in new store or office openings by securing required permits and approvals.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, or related field (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
