Admin Workshop - BCAE

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshop logistics, repair schedules, and material ordering.
• Manage quality and EOHS systems, paperwork, data entry, proposals, order acknowledgements, invoicing, and repair-cycle documentation.
• Liaise with sales engineers, end users, suppliers, finance, and the local safety and security officer.
• Process repair and technical quotations; prepare cost estimates, commercial proposals, sales agreements, and contracts.
• Pass orders to operations and support execution; negotiate tender and contract terms within company guidelines.
• Support sales-area management, customer-base growth, and revenue objectives.
• Generate sales documentation and invoices and forecast weekly and monthly order intake and revenue.
• Follow company health, safety, and environmental standards and administrative procedures; help resolve client complaints.
• Complete training as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, including workshop administration in the oil and gas or industrial market.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP, or similar IT applications.
• Independence, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high quality conscience.
