Role overview

Work arrangement

Project delivery

• Lead reciprocating compressor package projects from order intake through final client handover.
• Meet contractual requirements, technical specifications, schedule commitments, quality standards, and financial targets.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor performance and take corrective action.
• Manage scope, variations, claims, contractual obligations, risks, and change control to protect profitability.

Customers and coordination

• Serve as primary customer contact, resolve issues, maintain relationships, and lead project reviews, progress updates, and contractual discussions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across countries and time zones, including engineering centers, manufacturing facilities, procurement, quality, logistics, and field service.
• Support invoicing milestones, cash collection, and financial forecasting.

Procurement, manufacturing, and quality

• Oversee procurement and supplier performance for critical equipment and services and monitor manufacturing progress.
• Coordinate inspections, quality control, factory acceptance tests, and shipment readiness.
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment and documentation and compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable industry requirements.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project team.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or similar education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar business.
• MBA or PMP certification is an advantage; knowledge of rotating equipment and/or related processes is beneficial.

Language and working approach

• Fluent English, including business-fluent spoken and written English at contractual level.
• Available to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally for business operations, project execution, and customer requirements.
• Able to independently study relevant literature and theoretical material to become familiar with application-oriented tasks.
• Team-oriented, quality-focused, highly motivated, self-driven, and committed to successful project delivery.
