The Admin Support Analyst, Direct Imports manages end-to-end invoice administration and supports accounts payable.
The role links finance and vendor operations, with a focus on process efficiency, data integrity, and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage invoice administration from end to end.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate between finance and vendor operations.
- Improve process efficiency, maintain data integrity, and support accounts payable and financial reporting.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field; alternatively, a related technical or quantitative bachelor's degree or at least two years of industry work experience.
- Two to four years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including ability to interpret large datasets and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data handling.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation, and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with direct import or international trade invoices.
- Familiarity with purchase order management, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial closing cycles.
- Experience with data visualization tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
- Background in supply chain operations or logistics finance.
- Additional basic qualifications list standard software knowledge including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA.
