Job Title: Real Estate Admin & Developer Coordinator
**Salary:** 3,500 AED/month
**Visa Status:** Own visa preferred (company visa can also be provided for the right candidate)
About the Role
We are looking for a **skilled Real Estate Administrator** with **strong experience in Dubai real estate** – specifically in understanding **brochures, layouts**, and **dealing directly with developers**.
You will be responsible for registering the company with developers, communicating professionally, and bringing new developer relationships to the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Register the company with new and existing **real estate developers** in Dubai.
- Communicate professionally with developer sales managers and relationship teams.
- Understand **property brochures, unit layouts, floor plans, and building specifications**.
- Maintain developer portals, update registrations, and track commission agreements.
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to listings, files, and documentation.
- Be present in the **Business Bay office from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, punctually.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- **Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate** (administrative or coordination role).
- Strong understanding of **brochures, layouts, unit types, and off-plan/ready property data**.
- Excellent **communication skills** – both verbal and written (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Proven ability to **register with developers and build professional relationships**.
- Own visa is preferred, but **company visa can be arranged** for the right candidate.
- Currently living in **Dubai** and able to commute to **Business Bay** daily.
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
