Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be able to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support administrative functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, payment receipts, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and customer receivables.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative records.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Support general administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates on a Dependent Visa are preferred.
- Only Females are preferred.
