Business Advisory Manager

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Advise entrepreneurs, investors, and companies on UAE business setup options, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct consultations to assess client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate licensing, visa processing, banking support, and compliance services.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay informed about UAE regulatory changes, licensing updates, and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Consultancy Sales.
• Strong understanding of UAE company formation procedures and government regulations.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
