Team Manager – Business Setup & Corporate Services

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Team Manager – Business Setup & Corporate Services** to lead our sales and advisory team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business setup consultants, driving team performance, ensuring high-quality client advisory, and achieving overall revenue targets for the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and manage a team of Business Setup Consultants.
  • Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end client advisory for **Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore** company formation.
  • Ensure high conversion rates by guiding the team in lead handling, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Develop sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Monitor team KPIs, performance reports, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant processing of all client documentation and applications.
  • Coordinate with PRO, operations, and compliance teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Handle escalated client queries and complex business setup cases.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2**–4 years of experience** in UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to manage targets, KPIs, and team productivity.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop sales professionals.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
