About This Role

Overview

  • Key day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • **Transaction Processing:** Accurately operate registers, scanners, and credit card terminals to process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
  • **Cash Reconciliation:** Count the opening till, monitor funds throughout the day, and balance the cash drawer at the end of every shift.
  • **Administrative & Clerical Duties:** Manage petty cash funds, file source documents, update financial records, and prepare daily or monthly financial reports.
  • **Customer Service:** Welcome customers, provide information on products or services, and resolve billing inquiries or complaints.
  • **Compliance & Security:** Maintain financial controls, protect sensitive company data, and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Key Qualifications

  • **Experience:** Previous experience in cashiering, front-desk reception, or general office administration.
  • **Skills:** Excellent numerical accuracy, proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) software, and strong computer literacy (e.g., MS Office).
  • **Soft Skills:** Strong communication, time management, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
