Requirements

  • What sets you up for success
  • At least 10 years of actuarial experience in the life insurance industry, with significant experience in product pricing, product management, or related actuarial functions
  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
  • Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)
  • Advanced knowledge of IUL, UL, BOLI, Term Life, and Whole Life products
  • Strong actuarial modeling and analytical skills; MG-ALFA and/or Integrate experience preferred
  • Experience supporting state and Compact product filings
  • Strong understanding of illustration regulations, AG 49A, and Internal Revenue Code Sections 7702 and 7702A
  • Comprehensive understanding of life insurance product development and implementation
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into practical recommendations and influence stakeholders across business functions
