Who We Are

LabTek Consumable Supplies LLC is a fast-growing trading company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We specialise in thermal rolls, labels, food packaging, and industrial label printers (SATO brand), serving clients across the UAE and the wider GCC region. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a sharp, self-driven Accounts Receivable Executive to own our receivables function and help maintain a healthy cash flow across our operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle with minimal supervision.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collections in line with agreed credit terms.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Generate and distribute customer statements of account (SOA) on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing disputes, short payments, and deductions efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date AR aging report; flag overdue accounts proactively to management.
• Post receipts, credit notes, and adjustments accurately in the ERP system.
• Liaise with customers professionally to maintain strong relationships while enforcing payment terms.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
• Prepare regular AR performance and collection reports for management review.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of dedicated, hands-on Accounts Receivable experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Strong command of AR aging analysis, account reconciliation, and collections management.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Advanced Excel skills — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and general accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a trading, FMCG, or distribution company is strongly preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
