Overview
Infinite International LLC is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Accounts Assistant.** The candidate will assist with daily accounting, invoicing, purchase entries, customer and supplier ledger maintenance, payment follow-up, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
Experience
in a trading, distribution, building materials, paints, hardware, construction supply, or similar company will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase entries.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers accurately.
- Follow up customer outstanding payments in a professional manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts and supplier statements.
- Assist with VAT-related documentation and filing preparation.
- Maintain petty cash records and daily expense entries.
- Support bank reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams for proper documentation.
- Match LPOs, delivery notes, invoices, and supplier documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for sales, collections, receivables, payables, and expenses.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and trading documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in a trading or distribution company will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or any accounting software preferred.
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT documentation will be an advantage.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and work under deadlines.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
