About This Role
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in trading or retail sector)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP systems
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT and accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Hindi and Malayalam is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, journal posting, and reconciliation
- Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records
- Verify supplier invoices, LPOs, and delivery notes before posting
- Support in monthly closing, VAT documentation, and reporting
- Handle petty cash entries and bank reconciliation
- Coordinate with branch accountants and ensure timely submission of data
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and assist during audits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
