Job Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
- Maintain and update accounting databases and filing systems
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and documentation
- Verify financial data and ensure accuracy of records
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment and account-related matters
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Perform general administrative duties related to the accounts department
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or relevant field
- Experienced preferred; freshers with good accounting knowledge are also welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication skills in English
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
