We are a fast-growing travel and tourism agency looking for an organized, detail-oriented **Accounts and Admin Executive** to keep our back-office operations running smoothly.

If you have a head for numbers, excellent organizational skills we want you on our team.

The Role

You will wear two hats: managing our day-to-day financial transactions and overseeing general office administration.

You will work closely with our travel consultants to ensure suppliers (airlines, hotels, DMCs) are paid on time, client invoices are accurate, and the office environment is fully supported.

Accounting & Finance

  • **Invoicing & Receivables:** Generate and issue accurate invoices to corporate clients, B2B partners, and direct customers for flight tickets, holiday packages, and visas.
  • **Supplier Payments:** Reconcile statements and process timely payments to airlines, hotels, global DMCs, and consolidators.
  • **Reconciliation:** Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage petty cash for day-to-day office expenses.
  • **Commission Tracking:** Track and record commissions from airlines and tour operators.
  • **Reporting & Compliance:** Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) and assist with local tax/VAT calculation and filing.

Administration & HR Support

  • **Office Management:** Ensure the office runs efficiently by managing supplies, equipment maintenance, and utility bills.
  • **Document Management:** Organize and safely store company documents, trade licenses, supplier contracts, and client records.
  • **HR Assistance:** Maintain employee leave records, process monthly payroll, and assist with staff visa processing/renewals.
  • **Team Support:** Act as the primary point of contact for internal administrative queries and assist travel consultants with document preparation when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years of accounting and administrative experience.
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in accounting software and CRM and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • **Attention to Detail:** High accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
