We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Accounts & Finance Supervisor** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and financial management experience, preferably within the maintenance, fit-out, renovation, or construction industry.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily accounting and finance activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business planning.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain effective financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
- Support management with financial reporting and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting and finance experience.
- UAE accounting experience is preferred.
- Experience in maintenance, fit-out, renovation, or construction industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
