Overview

Job Title: Female Admin & Accountant Executive. (Female Only)

Location: Al Falah Street, Abu Dhabi, UAE

  • **Spouse/Own/Freelance Visa Holders Only**
  • **Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi City Only.**

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant and Admin to support and manage the daily administrative and accounts function of our office.
  • This role serves as the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring disciplined workflows, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination across departments.
  • The position also plays a key role in supporting the Accounts Department and Administrative Department through document review, compliance monitoring, and internal control processes, contributing to reporting accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Key Responsibilities as an Admin (Primary Responsibility)
  • Manage reception duties, visitors, and maintain professional front-office representation
  • Control and track all incoming and outgoing correspondence, official letters, and courier documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems for company, vendor, and employee records
  • Handle office cash, petty cash, and daily expense monitoring
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office-related requirements
  • Monitor office inventory, stationery, and consumables
  • Assist management with documentation, approvals, internal circulars, and official letters
  • Ensure compliance with internal office procedures and documentation standards
  • Key Responsibilities as an Accountant (Secondary Responsibility)
  • Create and issue customer invoices using Tally Prime
  • Assign and coordinate invoice delivery tasks to drivers and ensure timely submission
  • Send invoices and related documents to clients via email
  • Record and monitor income and expenses accurately
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for management
  • Handle tax filings and ensure timely compliance
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready accounting documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong documentation control, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and cash responsibly
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • **Expert in Tally Prime**

  • Language requirements: English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
