We are looking to hire a dedicated and professional Office Girl to provide essential support in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively to ensure the office environment remains well-organized and welcoming.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable female Office Girl to handle daily office duties, assist with office-related tasks, and ensure that the office remains tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors.
This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet visitors, candidates, and clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
· Escort visitors to the appropriate areas, including conference rooms or waiting areas, as needed
· Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchen, and pantry, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked.
· Handle the reception area and direct visitors or candidates to the relevant department or staff member.
· Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are well-stocked and readily available.
· Assist with other office-related tasks as assigned by management or staff.
· Ensure the proper disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
· Regularly clean windows, glass surfaces, and office furniture, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
Reqyuirements
- Must have own visa, spouse visa or freelance visa
- Previous experience in cleaning, administrative support, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and maintain cleanliness standards across the office.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
