Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to strengthen our market presence and accelerate business growth.
This role combines telesales, client servicing, marketing coordination, and contract management into one high-impact position that directly contributes to revenue generation and long-term client retention.
If you are confident in communication, persuasive in approach, and proactive in closing deals, this opportunity positions you at the frontline of our expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients across target market segments
- Present and promote Mersat Environmental Services in a professional and compelling manner
- Assess client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions
- Prepare and send service proposals and quotations
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed contracts
- Manage annual contract renewals and client retention strategies
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication history
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Coordinate internally with operations and management to ensure service delivery alignment
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in telesales and client engagement
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into service solutions
- Organized and capable of handling multiple client accounts
- Target-oriented with a business development mindset
- Basic knowledge of environmental or facility services is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication
