ACCOUNTING FIRM - COMMERCIAL AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee client account management, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and high-quality service.
• Supervise audit processes and support teams in delivering accurate and compliant audit reports.
• Manage new business startup services, including business registration, licensing support, and advisory services for clients.
• Supervise e-invoice services, ensuring proper implementation, compliance, and smooth delivery to clients.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Plan and manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams, ensuring a high level of performance and employee engagement.
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, business regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of escalation for operational issues.
• Work with the Commercial team and coordinate leads, conversions, quotations and contracts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in accounting, auditing, or professional services.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, business regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive operational excellence.
• Preference given to experience in accounting and audit firm
