Accountant – UAE Corporate Tax & Compliance
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, Corporate Tax, and VAT regulations, and will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheets in compliance with UAE standards
- Manage and reconcile the general ledger accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to UAE deadlines
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Analyze financial data to support reporting and business decision-making
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes|
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Availability to start immediately
