Chartered Accountant – Contracting & Construction

About This Role

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team within the contracting and construction sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, project costing, and compliance within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Oversee project costing and ensure accurate cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Handle audits, financial controls, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data to support business decision-making
• Work closely with project and operations teams to monitor financial performance
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA)
• Prior experience in a contracting or construction company is mandatory
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of project costing, financial reporting, and budgeting
• In-depth understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax
• Experience in audits, compliance, and financial controls
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Preferred Native Hindi speaker
