About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage daily transactions, supplier payments, commissions, Inventories and BSP reconciliation
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Ensure VAT compliance and assist during audits
- Generate financial analysis and management reports using advanced Excel tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting tools
- Hands-on experience with online accounting software such as:
- Zoho Books
- Xero
- Odoo
- QuickBooks
- and similar ERP/accounting systems
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and UAE accounting practices is preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel agency accounting and tourism operations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
