Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled **Accountant** with proven experience in **real estate and property management** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, overseeing daily operations, handling property leasing and administration, and ensuring smooth communication with tenants, landlords, and regulatory authorities such as the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
This role requires a professional who can manage accounting, operational, and administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare **financial statements for properties**, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Manage **month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and general ledger.**
- Oversee property budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Handle accounts **payable/receivable and tax compliance** for real estate entities.
- Assist with audits and provide financial insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records for real estate acquisitions, depreciation, and cash flow.
- Experience on **ZOHO and Excel** is must
- Assist with **statutory audits** by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- Implement and maintain **internal financial controls** to ensure compliance and reduce operational risks.
- Stay updated with **UAE accounting regulations** and company policies.
Communication & Administration
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Liaise with landlords, DLD, municipalities, and other relevant authorities.
- Support senior management with financial and operational insights for decision-making.
- Organize administrative files, records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Real Estate experience required
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial analysis.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Dubai Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
