**Purpose**
To ensure accurate and complete financial records and reports.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform bookkeeping, including posting daily transactions, reconciliations, and periodic adjustments.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records.
- Support in preparing Excel schedules and reports
- Support in handling tax returns
**Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications at an advanced level.
- Familiarity with accounting software like Xero and Quickbooks is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in business English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
